Course Cancellation and Refund Policy
No Show or Cancellation by student or client
1st Response Safety, LLC does not refund payments for individuals that cancel or do not show up for scheduled classes. Students will be given the opportunity to attend another class at a future date.
Class Cancelled by 1st Response Safety, LLC
If 1st Response Safety is unable to complete a scheduled class, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be given.
